In my personal opinion the founding guys of OWASP would be the best fit for
your webapp security consulting needs.
They also have a seperate company called "Aspect Security"

BTW - I do not have any direct or indirect connectsion with them but I
personally workd with them on couple of occasions and based on my experience
with multiple vendors "Aspect Security" guys are among the best for web app
security needs
