NTOSpider is a privately funded, up and coming App Scanner Company. Their core team originally came from Foundstone, and were responsible for FoundScan. I tested it successfully against numerous applications for my paper that will be out sometime in January. I personally like the fact that it can be completely run from the command line. PLUS it's the fastest scanner I have seen. I will be curious how it will place in the App Scanner market, especially with the latest improvements to AppScan 6 and Hailstorm 3. The next year or two will be an interesting scanner war. Has anyone heard anything substantial yet about NTOSpider? The web site contains only marketing speak and references to typical web app sec stuff: http://www.ntobjectives.com/products/ntospider.php Kind regards, Holger Peine -- Dr. Holger Peine, Security and Safety Fraunhofer IESE, Fraunhofer-Platz 1, 67663 Kaiserslautern, Germany Phone +49-631-6800-2134, Fax -1299 (shared) PGP key via http://pgp.mit.edu ; fingerprint is 1BFA 30CB E3ED BA99 E7AE 2BBB C126 A592 48EA F9F8
