We have put some C and C++ security standards online in the Threats and
Countermeasures Wiki to throw darts at. All creative commons license.

http://www.threatsandcountermeasures.com

Anyone can edit and update them by just registering for an account with the
Wiki online.

sSecureCodingGuidelines

We will add some Java standards soon.

Anyone interested in working in these and sharing what they already have can
sign up or mail me directly. Eventually I would like to have standards for
PHP, Perl, Python, ASP.NET (C# and VB.NET), Java etc
