Either  Subject  "UPX  parsing Arbitrary CodeExecution" or vulnerability
description  "Infinite  Loop in UPX packed files parsing" are wrong. Can
you  provide  more  detailed  information  please?  It's  not clear, how
infinite loop can lead to remote code execution.
