I could swear I've seen a port for ipfw but I must be mistaken. Time to
move on to something more useful I suppose.
Happen to know what the PF equiv is?

Those search results won't help, unfortunately. A check of OpenBSD's
man pages shows OpenBSD doesn't support divert(4) or IPFW(8). [0]
FreeBSD does. [1]
