[Snort-users] ./configure options snort-2.6.0.2

Subject: [Snort-users] ./configure options snort-2.6.0.2
Date: Wed, 15 Nov 2006 13:01:06 -0500
Can anyone tell me what the following ./configure options actually
do...if anything. Currently using snort-2.6.0.2

  --enable-pthread Enable pthread support
--enable-rulestate Enable seperation of Rule State from Rule definition

I didn't think the was any thread support in snort and I have no idea
what separating "Rule State from Rule definition" would do or why you
would do it.

Thx,
Wally
