Can anyone tell me what the following ./configure options actually do...if anything. Currently using snort-2.6.0.2 --enable-pthread Enable pthread support --enable-rulestate Enable seperation of Rule State from Rule definition I didn't think the was any thread support in snort and I have no idea what separating "Rule State from Rule definition" would do or why you would do it.
