If you are looking for a cheap hub solution... You also might want to try the Dell PowerConnect 2708. It is a 8 port gigabit switch that allows you to port mirror 4 ports and it only cost $99. not bad. Take a look at it here: http://www1.us.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/pwcnt_2708?c=us &cs=04&l=en&s=bsd Cheers, Jeff

The FS series is what I'd call a "semi-managed" switch, with slightly limited features and web-interface-only management. http://www.cdw.com/shop/products/default.aspx?EDC=728952 The FSM supports telnet and serial login, as well as a broader range of management features more typical of a managed switch. But it costs a bit more at about $270. http://www.cdw.com/shop/products/default.aspx?EDC=478145 Both support port mirroring, which is what you need. (Note: I'm not necessarily recommending you buy from CDW, it's just one place I know that stocks these products so you can compare features/price.) ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the 'Do More With Dual!' webinar happening July 14 at 8am PDT/11am EDT.
