Hello Friends,

I tried so many times '#up2date yum' but no luck,

My is just another Linux box in the network, which
connects to the ISA
Server (Gateway) for Internet connectivity, I am
able to browse Internet
without any special /etc/resolv.conf
configuration...

Thanks
Pradeep

If you get this problem, that means one of the
fedora servers
that
you're trying to connect to isn't resolving from
your location,
just
      re-run up2date/yum until it works.

      Hi Patrick,

      Thanks for your advice,
I did, but I get again an error:

      *****************************************

      [root@secure etc]# up2date yum

http://fedora.redhat.com/download/up2date-mirrors/fedora-core-3

http://fedora.redhat.com/download/up2date-mirrors/updates-released-fc3
There was some sort of I/O error:

      ******************************************
We dont have DNS server in-house, but make use of
the
ISPs DNS server, Is it something to do with 'named'
      daemon?

      Thanks,
      Pradeep
