But GPL rules are no longer available either. There were updates
recently to some older GPL rules (SIDs 256, 257, 1435, 1616), but these
updates are not available via CVS anymore. While the same old rules are
still present in CVS, the updates on these 4 were not committed. 

Are future GPL rules, or updates to existing GPL rules, not freely
available anymore either? Or did someone forgot to update CVS?
