1/25 Hello, I would like to run snort-2.3.0RC2 on a test Red hat 9.0 machine with 3 interfaces. One interface gets a DHCP address while the other 2 are statically assigned. Initially, I had used the command 'snort -c /etc/snort/snort.conf -A fast' for the intial run on another machine. Does Snort watch all interfaces by default? Or should I specify '-i any'? To run specifically for an interface should I add ' -i <IP address of interface>'? Thank You Menon ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: IntelliVIEW -- Interactive Reporting Tool for open source databases.
