I don't think that creating a dinamic page/site is totally necessary. Why not just start with a simple cvs repository? The aproved commits would then be avaible in a simple url www.bleedingsnort.com/docs/signatures/2000000.txt and/or a tar.gz archive.

If this repository existed I imagine that some of the folks that are writing/tunning the rules would spend some time on documentation. Even people like me, that didn't write the rule, and got an alert that doesn't have documentation, after spending sometime on understanding it, could also contribute. Many of the false-positive feed-back is beeing lost in the mailing list. It is imperative that this "official" repository exists... the forum is just not a solution.
