[Snort-sigs] New Bleedingsnort.com Rulesets!!!

Due to popular request we're doing some more ruleset segregation. A lot 
of admins don't care about P2P, or webmail, etc, and found it 
frustrating to have to disable new rules they knew they'd not care 
about. So we've made a couple new sets to allow easier management.

There are 2 new rulesets, bleeding-p2p and bleeding-policy. This 
separates out the most apt to be excluded rules. As we get more rules in 
a category we will in the future segregate as needed.

There's one new set. To keep those that run all of the rules regardless 
we have the bleeding-all.rules. This is every rule that's in Stable 
status regardless. You can run that set alone and get all of the rules.

These will all flow into the tarball for oinkmaster as well as being 
individually downloadable on www.bleedingsnort.com.

SUMMARY: You need to change your snort.conf to reflect what you'd like 
to run.
