Subject: [Snort-sigs] false positive for 2517, IMAP PCT Client_Hello overflow attempt

        Hi all,

I believe I have false positive for the 2517, "IMAP PCT Client_Hello
overflow attempt". I access my mail from office via IMAPS, from behind
corporate firewall and NAT, using Outlook. Snort sometimes reports 2517,
maybe 2-3 times a week, always when I'm connected, and always from the
corporate NAT address. I could not detect anything specific I do in
Outlook to trigger the report.

I know this is not enough information. How should I run snort to get the
missing part?
