"/usr/local/bin/oinkmaster.pl -o /etc/snort/rules/"

in order to update regular rules and
"/usr/local/bin/oinkmaster.pl -o /etc/snort/rules/ -u 
http://www.bleedingsnort.com/bleeding.rules.tar.gz";
for the bleedingsnort rulesets.
