You can search Google to your heart's content for "AUP" or "Acceptable Usage Policy" and find numerous examples. Generally speaking, large universities are great places to start. University networks typically have the worst usage patterns from a legal perspective, and the CYA (Cover Your Assets) language in them is fairly broad enough to protect you against adverse legal/financial reactions should you decide to excercise any of the disciplinary clauses within the policy.
The Wikipedia link above will get you started in your search for samples from which to tailor your own.
