I came across the attached document which is by a big4 guy who has analysed some of the SOX tool vendors. After reading it, I feel whether software vendors claim their pre-sox period software as SOX/compliance software? If one cannot upload excel sheets, what is the point in buying such a software? If I have to look at 10K sheets manually, what is the advantage of a tool?? IBM's compliance software itself not compliant?? oh .. man.. I will be very thankful for enlightening me. Mike
