Could you elaborate on the specific "legal need" to provide such
notification?  Perhaps the easiest wording is to outline the legal need
itself, such as "pursuant to such and such legislation, you are advised
that this email was generated from a third party service provided by
X-company and not directly from ...".

I couldn't find any good ressources online and I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience and if they had examples to share. Most disclaimers deal with the fact that a sender is emailing a customer and that this email is confidential, etc.
I was also wondering if it would be a good idea to include this fact in the customer's contract?
