Good morning, The System Administrator Guild (SAGE) has created a variety of support material for System Administrators including an ethical code of conduct. For 40$ per year, individuals can subscribe to the association and get access to the publication from the organisation which include really usefull guide such has 'Documentation for System Administrator' which clearly indicate to this audience who barely document what there system and procedure are about, how to efficiently do it to met governance/security expectation. http://www.sage.org/ethics.mm I hope this will help ! Hi, Was wondering if there are any guides or codes of ethics which lists the do's and dont's for a system administrator? A system administrator would be something like a "god" in the organization from a system perspective, with virtually full rights to all the systems. So was wondering if there are any set "guidelines" on what can or cannot be done by the system administrator? Any good links to look at? Thanks. -kw- -- _______________________________________________ Check out the latest SMS services @ http://www.linuxmail.org This allows you to send and receive SMS through your mailbox.
