Sorry for not getting back to you all sooner, I've been a bit off color. Thanks for your reply's. We have investigated sharepoint as tool to store our documentation and it would meet our basic needs. The Secure Aware software suggested looks good, particulary with the survey and awareness tools. We are looking at this software in more detail to add a dimension we previously neglected to address. Thanks again for your replys Claire On 7/19/05, Jason Aptekar <japtekar@mithriltech.com> wrote:

It seems to do everything you're looking for, and probably more. The best part is that it stores policies and procedures in a database, so the information is always up-to-date, and there are no more "documents" to manage. We only have 200 employees, but keeping track of documentation is still a full-time job lately. - RobTo security-management@securityfocus.com cc Subject Security Management System Hi all, We are looking for some form of Document Managment System that can be used to maintain (and centralize) all our security related information such as policy and procedures, risk assessment and registers plus other reports. It should have varying levels of access control and be able to integrate into MS environment. Just wondering what other people use to aggregate and control all their security documentation and information and what features should we look for.
