Hi Claire,

My company recently bought a tool called SecureAware. It seems to do everything you're looking for, and probably more. The best part is that it stores policies and procedures in a database, so the information is always up-to-date, and there are no more "documents" to manage. We only have 200 employees, but keeping track of documentation is still a full-time job lately.

Security Management System

Hi all, We are looking for some form of Document Managment System that can be used to maintain (and centralize) all our security related information such as policy and procedures, risk assessment and registers plus other reports. It should have varying levels of access control and be able to integrate into MS environment.

Just wondering what other people use to aggregate and control all
their security documentation and information and what features should
we look for.

Thanks in advance,

Claire
