RE: Security Management System

Hi Claire,

My company recently bought a tool called SecureAware. It seems to do 
everything you're looking for, and probably more. The best part is that it 
stores policies and procedures in a database, so the information is always 
up-to-date, and there are no more "documents" to manage. We only have 200 
employees, but keeping track of documentation is still a full-time job 
lately.
