Have a look at Microsoft's Sharepoint. It should be able to achieve
everything you are asking for, including integration with MS environment
(e.g. single sign-on).

Subject: Security Management System

Hi all,
We are looking for some form of Document Managment System that can be
used to maintain (and centralize) all our security related information
such as policy and procedures, risk assessment and registers plus
other reports. It should have varying levels of access control and be
able to integrate into MS environment.

Just wondering what other people use to aggregate and control all
their security documentation and information and what features should
we look for.

Thanks in advance,

Claire
