Good day Andrew, First I would like to apologize for my English. Still learning it. I'm working at this point of time on the same subject for one of my customers. After carefully examining all the possibilities I made a decision to use data owner based approach. The disadvantage you have mentioned above can be solved by using horizontal and vertical practices. I recommend you to use the standard of good practice. It has got a simple matrix for this kind of approach. Regards, Ruslan O. Nesterov RusCrypto Team.
