Hi Dora

For the UK you may be able to find relevant information in
www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk
<http://www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk/> , for Germany I would
advise to have a peep into
http://www.bfd.bund.de/information/datprotec_en.html

I hope this helps

Subject: EU privacy laws resources

Hello everyone,

I am not quite sure that this is the exactly right mail list to post to
but even a guidance on other mail lists that can help me will be
appreciated.

We are a US-based company, aggressively expanding business in Europe. I
am looking for good resources (preferably, with well-summarized
information) on EU data privacy laws and any specific such laws applying
to Great Britain and Germany.

Thank you!
