I recently attended a really good computer forensics course:
http://www.infosecinstitute.com/courses/computer_forensics_training.html In it, the instructor empahsized the importantance of creating a formal incident report. I am now searching for incident report templates.
My current resources are:
http://www.gideonrasmussen.com/docs/incident-report-template.doc http://security.ou.edu/newdocs/computer_security_incident_report.pdf http://security.ou.edu/newdocs/incident_report_supplement.pdf http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/owasp/IncidentReport.doc?download
Would you let me know if there are any that I have missed?
Kind regards,
Gideon
