You should take a look at the download section of The CISSP and SSCP Open
Study Guides Web site.  There is a small collection of documents on DRP and
BCP and some of the do go through the BIA process.  It is at URL:

In the download library at the link above, I would suggest you look at:

NIST Contingency Planning Guide for Information Technology Systems
Document SP 800-34, it has a section on BIA.

Some of the other documents also cover the BIA.
