Hi Jeff, I'd strongly recommend Inside the Security Mind: Making the Tough Decisions by Kevin Day. You can read reviews of it at amazon.com. The only hype I will give it is that I know Kevin personally. He has an amazing mind for security matters and spells it all out very neatly in this book, which is being adopted all over the world as a standard text in universities. Good luck, if you have any further questions, feel free to contact me directly.
