The Role
This is a Group role with global responsibility for Information Assurance,
reporting through Group Risk, providing policy, advice and consultancy to all
group offices and operational control of IA services in London. The Head of IA
will be supported by an in-house IA Risk Manager and an outsourced IA
operational manager who delivers centralised operational IA services through
his on-site team in London.
Overview of Key Duties:
Specialist advice and consultancy on all IA issues
Strategy and coordination of IA issues
Delivery of specialist information risk management services
Coordination of standards and policy on all aspects of Information Assurance
Operational responsibility for delivery of IA services in London, including
control of access, reconciliation and monitoring.
Lead on IA Data Protection and other legal, regulatory and privacy issues
Management of Information Security Education Programme
Support the Fraud Response Team in any investigations involving IA
