Summary
In the position of pre sales System Engineer you will be required to grow sales
of our industry-leading security event management technology. The Inside System
Engineer is responsible for working with the Commercial Sales team ensuring the
technical win at customer accounts, and working closely with Sales team. The
Inside System Engineer will be the technical liaison in all pre-sales
activities between customers, and Sales/Engineering to support the Sales
organization. The individual will provide support for product demonstrations,
technical discussions, RFI, RFP, and general information security best
practices. In addition the individual Inside Sales Engineer will provide
architectural designs, best practices, technical explanations, integration
support, and end-user training. The individual will also provide back line
support to the Enterprise Sales Engineering team. Some travel may be required
to assist in onsite Proof of Concepts. If you are committed to exceptional custo

Specific Responsibilities
•Drive the technical pre-sales process and act as a technical resource for
the Sales team.
•Demonstrate Network Intelligence’s technologies effectively to
customers.
•Deliver technical presentations to audiences of 5 - 50.
•Deliver technical trainings to resellers and customers.
•Ensure the technical win at all accounts.
•Perform installations, troubleshooting, setups, and configurations at
customer sites.
•Perform Proof of Concepts with prospective customers.
•Proactively follow up with customers and accounts.
