Position: Manager, Information Security

The major entertainment firm’s global operations encompass a wide variety
of operations and distribution of their product across 65+ countries worldwide
The Security, Environmental, Health and Safety Department is responsible for
integrating standards and services into the global business operations in order
to manage risks, minimize impacts, protect intellectual property and promote a
safe and secure workplace.
The Regional Information Security Manager based in offices in Central London,
is responsible for Africa, Europe and the Middle East including Russia and the
former CIS States. This position is responsible for assessing, implementing,
recommending and driving information security awareness, policies and programs
that protect corporate intellectual property.
Responsibilities
• Provide regional leadership, governance, expertise and direction
relative to the company work processes, projects, issues and initiatives
regarding information security.
• Assesses risks and implements appropriate measures to protect
employees, business operations, facilities, critical infrastructure, content
and intellectual property.
• Provides governance and consistency of information security work
processes, implementation and performance.
• Acts as the primary advocate in region for the company relative to
information security.
• Establishes close working relationships with internal SEHS management,
governmental agencies, industry and professional associations, consultants and
related service providers on information security and legal compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Likely to have at least 5 years Information Security/IT experience,
entertainment industry experience a plus. Degree or equivalent in Computer
Science or a related field is desirable.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 27001, including practical experience
implementing and auditing an information security management system.
• Understanding of Security and Infrastructure Architecture/Technologies:
including but not limited to Routers, Firewalls, IDS, PKI, VPN, Two Factor
Authentication, Identity Management, Data Leak Prevention, Encryption,
Application Security, Vulnerability Scanners, Penetration Testing, Windows and
Unix Systems Security, Security Information Management and Event Correlation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, project management and
leadership skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with
managers and all levels of personnel (in person, on the telephone and through
written communication).
