Position: Security Consultant

FortConsult are looking for an IT security consultant, preferably with an
IT/accountancy background, to work on credit-card projects. Your work will
include participation in security checks on a number of our customers’
financial systems in relation to the PCI standard as defined by the credit card
companies. Our job is to stay one step ahead of the rapidly growing number of
organised criminals who see credit card details as a target of preference, and
to help our customers and the credit card companies to reduce fraud levels.
We are the only Danish company certified by the credit card companies to
perform security checks and scans of critical payment systems, and we have
unique competencies in this area which we have built up over a number of years.
For example, we have certified 60% of the Scandinavian companies that have been
accorded PCI- certification by the credit card companies – including
everything from internet solutions to physical shops and banks.
Your responsibilities
As a PCI IT Security Consultant your work will primarily consist in performing
security checks of our customer’s IT systems. Project management will also
form an important part of the job, as many PCI projects require additional
management to ensure to-deadline completion according to the credit card
company’s specifications.
You will be part of Scandinavia’s largest and most experienced team of
technical security experts. We have our own research department, the
market’s best tools and our own unique fraud prevention strategies.
As far as is possible we shape the position to suit your interests and skills.
Your main responsibilities will include:
PCI security audits of our customers’ IT systems. You will carry out a
thorough analysis of the customer’s security and prepare a comprehensive
report in relation to credit card company stipulations which you will present
to the customer. Security checks are performed in Denmark and around the world,
and the position involves a minimum of 40 days travel per year – mostly
within Denmark.
Gap-analysis and PCI consultancy - helping customers starting up in the PCI
area and preparing them for PCI certification.
PCI-scans of customer IT systems including the completion of reports detailing
security issues.
Project management of PCI projects, which for our larger customers can be both
extensive and prolonged.
Keeping up to date with the PCI-standard sector, credit card fraud and
organised crime.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
You have a wide range of experience in technical IT security, as an
IT-accountant, a customer or an IT security consultant. You should also have
experience with, and a flair for, project management. The ideal candidate also
has one or more of the following qualifications: QSAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA or
Exam. ESL. Knowledge of the PCI standard is an advantage though not a
prerequisite as we will provide the necessary training.
You should be able to recognise yourself in the following list of
