Job Description
SecurityRecruiter.com has been engaged to identify an accomplished senior
security expert who is experienced at the team lead level. In this role you
will build, support and manage enterprise information security infrastructure
to protect against operational security threats including but not limited to:
Incident Response (SIM, IPS, Computer Forensics, Web Content Filtering), Even
Log & Vulnerability Data Collection, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
You’ll work as a subject matter expert for the security operations team
providing operational leadership, including cross-training of peers and
mentoring of security analysts. The Team Lead will be a key leader for the
operationally focused steering committee and will be responsible for the
administration of security infrastructure. The Team Lead will act as a computer
forensics investigator. The Team ensure that new systems and projects are
integrated into each infrastructure component and ensure that security
infrastructure
is integrated with asset management and other IT infrastructure while
properly documenting processes, procedures and configuration of all security
infrastructure components. The Team Lead will integrate new products into
security infrastructure as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

This role requires 7 years experience in information security combined with a
BA/BS. Specific experience must be demonstrated in one or more of the following
areas: Incident Response, Computer Forensics, Enterprise Event Collection,
Vulnerability Management and PKI Administration. Preferred certifications
include: CISSP, GIAC, HISP and CISA. Candidates must demonstrate; A track
record of leading teams; Ability to communicate at a high level in both verbal
and written forms; Experience in effectively managing and delivering on small
and large projects in a cross-functional environment; Strong consulting,
documentation and presentation skills; Advanced knowledge of Windows, UNIX
and/or Linux Operating Systems; Understanding of current threats and exploits
and remediation; Application security experience with SQL Injection, buffer
overflows, parameter manipulation, etc.; Strong negotiation and persuasion
skills.
