PRIMARY FUNCTION
Develops and maintains information security governance approaches and processes 
across financial, development, and policy disciplines in order to ensure 
adherence to adopted standards, policies, and processes.  Monitors and reports 
on compliance with approved governance models and adopted standards, policies, 
and processes.  Leads risk assessment efforts and partners with TTS IT Security 
to ensure accurate technical interpretation and implementation of approved 
standards, policies, and processes.  Acts in a consultative role to pyramid and 
business unit team members seeking to understand and adhere to information 
security requirements within business operations or BPO development efforts.  
Represents Assets Protection with internal and external partners in order to 
achieve information security objectives.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•  Drives the design, development and implementation of information 
security governance models, and processes, including integration into existing 
governance practices where applicable (TTS Prioritization, TSPR process, etc.)
•  Oversees he development and execution of information security risk 
assessment approaches and processes
•  Consults to other pyramids/business units specific to information 
security governance, standards, policy, and processes.
•  Works closely with TTS IT Security to develop overarching governance 
approaches and processes that ensure information security requirements are met 
while also enabling business objectives through development projects.
•  Assists Information Security leaders in ranking and prioritizing 
identified information security risks for review by the Security Oversight 
Committee and Corporate Compliance Committee.
•  Develops and maintains Information Security Standards and Policies
•  Leads the development of periodic progress reports outlining aggregate 
information security risk profile(s) and progress against stated risk metrics 
as articulated in the Information Security business plans.
•  Gains support and adherence to governance requirements from partner 
pyramids and business units. 
•  Develops strong cross pyramid partnerships with representatives of the 
Information Security Working Council.
