Position: Principal Software Engineer
Location: Foxborough, Massachusetts, United States
Type: Permanent F/T

A unique opportunity exists for a Manager of Software Development to lead a
highly skilled team in creating cyber security solutions for a worldwide
industrial customer base. The successful candidate will have proven success in
leading software development projects, managing development schedules and
providing team direction. In this highly visible and hands-on role, you will
be responsible for:
• Leading our product development and support teams in delivering
projects on time and within budget.
• Effectively communicating business objectives to team members and
presenting progress updates to management.
• Developing, driving and managing targeted project schedules.
• Effectively managing priorities, budgets, deliverables and team
resources to achieve required objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills:
• BS Degree with 7+ years of proven experience as a software developer,
to include 2+ years as successful project lead of a development team in
multiple locations.
• Successful track record in creating, defining, managing and driving
complex project schedules, managing team deadlines and delivering timely
completed projects will full features and functionality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with ability
to deal effectively with ambiguity.
• Ability to drive communication and cross group collaboration
• Ability to understand technical specifications, and possess technical
depth and understanding of algorithms.
• Strong complex problem solving, negotiation, and conflict management
skills.
• Ability to work well in a small team environment with all levels of
management and staff, to include remote offices.
• Experience with Windows, and UNIX/Linux technologies.
• Ability and willingness to travel 40% per month.
