Responsibilities Motivate and manage ~10 Inside Sales professionals to drive pipeline development and revenues through inside sales efforts leveraging the field sales organization and partner network. Collaborate with management and other team leaders to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new, high value opportunities. Experience in Internet Security industries strongly preferred. Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills; knowledge of CRM system a plus. Key leadership skills in inside sales; hiring, developing and retaining talent.Detailed knowledge of systems, metrics, and customer segmentation that supports growth in an inside sales model is required. Strong industry and target, buying audience, competitive, product, service, pricing, and contract administration knowledge. Exceptional sales skills throughout the sales life-cycle: prospecting, buying behaviors, negotiation, overcoming objections and closing the deal. Experience with account planning, account development and retention strategies, pipeline management and selling capabilities. Influential personality; motivational strategies and tactics developed and honed by interacting closely with the sales organization. Excellent communications capabilities. Strong organizational skills and ability to work on many projects concurrently. Enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with a serious work ethic are required.
