Act as focal point for field feedback that reflects sales reality. Create standardized metrics and materials for sales organization. Review and monitor sales processes and methodology. Recommend solutions to increase efficiency in these processes. Manage global key performance indicator program. Build relationships with the sales management team and all sales reps across multiple sales groups. Ensure that the collateral, internal and external documents that are used in the sales organization are standardized. Build sales tools in cooperation with marketing. Manage customer and partner sales advisory council program. Manage global sales training needs with internal and external training resources. Handles issues between sales and operations on behalf of significant customers. Identifies potential sales business operations issues, develops solutions to issues. Strengthen, grow and enhance the effectiveness of SalesForce.com by interacting with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Engineering resources to capture and refine the best practices of the organization. Support SalesForce.com to ensure ongoing data integrity and processes are followed. Work with external and internal resources to develop and refine best practices. JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, operations or similar discipline, along with 7-10 years experience in a Sales Operations role with a larger, global corporation. Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with sales process is a must. Experience with MS Office products and SalesForce.com are essential. Presentation development/PowerPoint skills a must Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
