As a member of the TrustedSource Operations team, you will be responsible for
the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring our both our internal and
customer facing network infrastructure. There will also be involvement with the
configuration, setup, maintenance and monitoring of our internal *NIX-based
servers. Travel opportunities exist with this position.
Responsibilities
Maintain/grow/improve our customer facing network infrastructure
Configure firewall rules/policy
Continually improve on network redundancy and availability
Work with load balancers for various applications
Monitor and react to any network issues at various locations
Monitor all customer facing systems (both network / servers)
Design of new network components / segments / BGP implementations
Maintaining / strengthening our perimeter network security
Deploy, configure, and maintain various VPN technologies (IPSEC site-to-site)
Design and implement new data center deployments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Required Experience:
5+ years Networking experience
Demonstrated experience in the setup and maintenance of a production network
environment required
Experience configuring, maintaining, and monitoring:
· Firewalls
· Layer2/3 switches - (Cisco experience required)
· Load Balancers - (Foundry experience required)
· IDS / IDP devices
Implementation of various VPN technologies (IPSEC)
Implementation of BGP
Preferred Experience:
Network security experience (IDS / IPS, ACLs, scanning, etc.
Management of production change-control processes / procedures
Experience with installing / configuring UNIX servers and applications: FreeBSD
/ Red Hat Linux
Shell scripting (BASH, KSH, etc.)
Apache, PHP, MySQL configurations
BS in Computer Science or related major or relevant experience
