Position:       Jr. Security Analyst
Location:       Washington, DC, District of Columbia, United States
Type:           Contract

Jr to Mid Level Certification and Accreditation Analyst
Clearance: none
Location: Washington, DC-Working at customer site.
Duties:
• Provide lA/Certification and Accreditation (C&A) technical support to a 
U.S. government  agency.  
• Review and evaluate documentation associated with client C&A plans and
processes, System Security Plans, Risk Assessments, ST&E’s, Contingency 
Plans and
recommend policies, procedures, and actions as appropriate and make
recommendations to the appropriate Designated Approving Authority (DAA) if a 
system should be certified.
• Recommend information systems and networks security solutions that apply 
IA concepts
and technologies that support the client's IA/C&A process
• Where required, assess the IA posture of information systems and networks
Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years of specific experience with FISMA, and NIST standards
• Experience developing and reviewing C&A plans and processes, and related 
documentation
• Experience in computer system security auditing, incident analysis, and 
testing
• Experience with developing and maintaining certification and 
Accreditation (C&A) Plans, and Security Test and Evaluation Plans/Reports.




JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2 to 5 years experience in computer systems administration and 
engineering
• Baccalaureate degree from a 4-year college or university - or equivalent
• Excellent verbal, writing and analytical skills
