Position: Auditor
Location: Columbia, South Carolina, United States
Type: Contract
Closing Date: 2008-03-23
Perform compliance and risk assessment for I/S and related processes. Track and
communicate compliance and risk issues and report to the appropriate
management. Act as a change agent to influence the I/S and corporate compliance
culture.
Complete Description:
Conduct procedural and operational review of I/S processes and systems against
corporate, government, and internal I/S compliance standards.
Act as the I/S representative for computer forensic examinations, incident
investigations, audit and risk assessment activities conducted by internal and
external areas.
Evaluate technology and business-related controls for integrating business and
information system security and risk mitigation efforts.
Provide guidance to I/S functional teams with the development, implementation,
monitoring, and reporting of control processes, documentation, and compliance
routines.
Develop and implement tools to support automated risk assessment and compliance
efforts.

2-year degree or higher in Computer Science or related studies Required

Good understanding of compliance standards, processes, and procedures Desired
CISA, CISM, CISSP or other IT auditing, risk management OR Desired
