POSITION: IT Security Vulnerability Engineer – TECH#538
EMPLOYER:
Executive Office Services if privileged to partner with a New Jersey Based
Company specializing in IT Security Consulting and is seeking your assistance
in identifying and exceptional IT Security Vulnerability Engineer.
LOCATION: New Jersey
CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
Seeking several IT Security Engineering Auditors to perform information
security assessments, risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, IT Audits
and penetration testing, and design information security process and technology
solutions including IDS, firewall, AV, etc for a diverse clientele based in the
Financial Services, Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals, Transportation and other
related sectors.
Duties also incorporate:
Serving as focal point for presenting our client's consulting
services to potential customers
Responsible for implementation of the security network processes,
troubleshooting, etc.
Guide sales managers with technical aspects of sales presentations
during sales cycle negotiations, addressing customer issues regarding
specifics of implementation projects and product integration:
integration, interface, product performance
Serve as ongoing liaison with key customer management and technical
personnel regarding performance of product installations and
effectiveness/absorption of our client's customer training efforts.
These positions require travel to client sites throughout the U.S. as
needed (estimated 50%).
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of information or network security experience as
part of a consulting/professional services organization is required
Should have completed a four-year college degree or
equivalent work experience, graduate degree preferred.
CISSP, CISA, or CISM is ESSENTIAL
Should have experience in at least the
Following areas:
Information security assessment and auditing procedures, from both
technical and business perspectives, and the use of formal
methodologies such as ISO17799, NSA IAM, etc.
Vulnerability scanning and auditing tools
Web-based application security assessments
IT Audits
Regulatory compliance audits
Risk Assessments
Enterprise-scale security infrastructures
Computer investigation and forensics methods and technologies
SALARY: Up to $120K - Based on Experience
