Position: Database Security Architect
Location: Houston, Texas, United States

As an SAP Sr. Consultant, working with IT organizations, you will be tasked
with helping our clients to use technology integration to
solve business challenges. You will be responsible for delivering efficient,
technology-based solutions to our clients. You will help
assess our client's current technology needs and assist with systems design and
implementation to improve both enterprise-wide integration and profitability.

cost effective implementation to our clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Senior Consultant candidates must have:
* 5+ years of hands on SAP Basis experience.
* Experience leading at least 2 small SAP Basis teams (3-6 people) or
playing the lead technical role on a larger SAP Basis project (10-25 people)
* Bachelor’s Degree and Advanced Degree or MBA is preferred.
* Must be willing to travel extensively to client locations
Technical Expertise
* SAP technical instance landscape design
* Correction and Transport System (TMS) / Solution Manager
* Implementation of SAP change control process & procedures
* Hardware selection and installation
* High Availability & Failover
* Storage (direct attached or SAN)
* Oracle or DB2 database
* Operations expertise in SAP systems management
* SAP Security
* Load and Performance Testing
Must be knowledgeable in at least one of the following, in addition to SAP
Basis expertise:
* Networking
* Disaster Recovery
* Server consolidation
* Storage consolidation/SAN
* IT strategy & operations
* Middleware
* Portals
* Custom development
* J2EE background
