We are looking for a Manager of TrustedSource Operations for our Web Services
Department.
This position would manage a small team (of 7) Web Services staff that provides
development and operational support for customer-facing web services at Secure
Computing. Web Services includes product system interfaces, product activation,
patch and update availability, knowledgebase, web ticketing, and the corporate
web site. The position involves personnel management of the portion of IT Web
Services that is run from our Alpharetta GA location. This position requires
strong organizational and managerial skills as well as a strong technical
ability.
Responsibilities
Strong technical background with Unix (BSD), Shell scripting, PHP, DNS with an
understanding of zones and propagation, networking, load balancing (Foundry,
F5), Cisco and Foundry LAN switching, Cisco routing, BGP, SSH, Nagios, and
Cacti, bacula.
The candidate needs to possess a strong background process development and
operational support for web services.
This position will be responsible for the management of new and in-process
development of web services as well as managing the day to day operational
support for those services.
Manage the day to day operations of the TrustedSource team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree 8 years of technical hands on experience
3 years managerial experience
