Position: Software Engineer
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2008-03-09
The Sr. Quality Assurance engineer will provide full software lifecycle quality
assurance activity for the IronMail messaging product line. This includes test
design, execution, reporting, and other quality assurance tasks.
Responsibilities
Analyzing and reporting on software and hardware product quality
Developing plans and strategies for testing and evaluating products
Implementing test and quality assurance plans and procedures
Monitoring and quantifying overall product quality
The successful applicant will become a senior member of the product development
team specializing in test and quality assurance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Required Skills and Experience
5 plus years of overall system test and/or product quality assurance experience
in both software and hardware domains
Experience developing, reviewing and implementing product test plans and
quality assurance plans
Experience developing and presenting to management product quality reviews and
assessments
Preferred Skills and Experience
Security products
Networking such as firewalls, routers, and VPNs
Experience conducting security analysis and audit a plus
Authentication systems such as RADIUS, LDAP, or Active Directory
Application integration such as web applications, databases, and client/server
Stress testing and throughput measurement
