Position: Auditor
Location: New York, New York, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2008-02-28
The IT Auditor will assist in the development, implementation and testing of
internal IT controls. Evaluate compliance for work products and deliverables,
to include: analyzing adherence to documentation and authorization
requirements, tracking and communicating deviations from policy, assist with
the resolution of noncompliant issues, and maintain records for audit support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
* 1 to 3 years of IT audit experience.
* Knowledge of auditing standards and internal controls.
* Experience designing and implementing controls.
* A high degree of interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills to
interact with all levels of personnel including executives, peers and
subordinates. The ability to handle sensitive issues and communications.
* Experience in disciplines of the information technology industry (e.g.
application development, application support, software, operating systems, and
telecommunications /networks).
