Position: Sr. Security Engineer
Location: Fort Collins, Colorado, United States
Type: Permanent F/T

General Job Description:
Specifically, a Sr. Network Security Engineer will be responsible for
performing core security services, including:
•Design, implementation and troubleshooting mission critical network
infrastructure.
•Cisco multilayer switching utilizing Cisco 6500 series switches. (IOS &
CAT OS)
•Cisco Firewall Service Modules (FWSM) and Cisco ASA VPN (IPSEC & SSL)
•VLAN allocation and management.
•Cisco Security Agent administration (formerly Okena – StormWatch
Agent)
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:
•Experience in information technology strategy planning, information,
security program and administration, security architecture design and
technology. Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong verbal, written communication and customer facing skills are
mandatory.
•CiscoWorks, Mars, Netflow, ACS, CSM, Wireless Technologies
•B.S. in CS or Equivalent Experience.
•Cisco routers including Cisco 7600, 3800 and 2800 series routers.
•MPLS, VRF, and WAN Provisioning
•Complex IPv4 subnetting.

•Ability to adapt well as a team member
Preferred Qualifications:
•Familiarity with IDS and Security devices a plus.
•Large scale deployment or management of enterprise networks,
International reach a plus.
•Good organizational skills
•Ability to multitask
•Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
•Experience with Cisco Secure, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, DNS, OSPF, CDP, MLPS, QOS
technologies.
•Cisco CCVP/ CCNP/CCNA/CSE is preferred.
Reporting:
The Sr. Network Engineer reports directly to the Director of Professional
Services.
Supervisory Requirements:
No direct supervisory responsibility.
Travel:
Less than 10%.
