Position: Security Engineer
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2008-01-20
•4+ years experience in application-level vulnerability testing and
code-level security auditing.
•Strong foundation and detailed technical knowledge in security
engineering and computer security, authentication and security protocols and
applied cryptography.
•They should also have a minimum of 2+ years of experience performing
security assessments of computers, networks and/or applications.
•Strong understanding of well-known attack types such as cross-site
scripting , SQL injection, buffer over flow , Malicious File execution etc is
also required
•Extensive experience in web-application security.
•Significant development experience in C++ or Java.
•Knowledge of scripting languages like Python and Shell
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
•Strong analytical capability.
•Strong overall ability to troubleshoot all hardware and software issues
•Good knowledge of Information security management standards like ISO
27001.
•Basic knowledge on ITIL procedures
•Certifications such as CISSP, CEH , MCSE are considered a plus
