Job Description:
Responsible for administration of order entry for the CRM (customer
relationship management) system, SalesLogix and Oracle.
Essential Functions:
1. Owns the CRM data entry process
2. Ensures the integrity of closed orders in the CRM package
3. Closes orders in slx after matching products, quantity, ship to, bill to and
total dollar amount to customer PO or SO.
4. Once matching is complete approves order to be transferred into our
financial accounting system and forwards to purchasing for fulfillment.
5. Ensures all Company mandated fields are populated prior to close and may
need to call Sales for missing information.
6. Handles Sales calls for shipping information and other information as
requested
7. Keeps the paperwork flowing between Operations and Finance
8. Handles support contract set-up in the CRM system (brings data over, enters
serial #, MAC Address, support dates) for orders shipped.
9. Handles support renewals in system (reconciles and updates support dates).
10. Works with our integrators on our support renewals for products purchased.

1. Undertake specifically assigned projects
2. Perform other tasks as may be assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Requires data entry, auditing skills, some analysis and use of initiative
and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly
complex information.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is critical.
3. Excellent organization and communication skills.
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and prior experience
with a CRM package is a must.
5. Is knowledgeable of corporate policy and is often called upon to interpret
and communicate intent to other managers.
6. Requires minimum of 5 years work experience in an administrative position.
7. Prior experience in a software company is preferable.
