Position: Forensics Engineer
Location: London, , United Kingdom
Type: Contract
Closing Date: 2008-01-13
This is a contract role, up to 2 months in length, for an experienced Forensic
Analyst. Security clearance will be required before starting work. The role is
for IT forensic investigation and evidential analysis to determine potential
legal evidence. This involves producing digital evidence which may include
deleted emails / files, computer logs, images, spreadsheets, accounting
information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have completed a foundation course at Schrivenham,
with good knowledge of FTK and Encase. Two years + commercial forensic analysis
experience required, ideally with experience of acting in an expert witness
capacity. Likely to have had hands-on experience of stripping down of a PC and
reporting in the internal system findings. Your background could include work
within Central Government, security consultancies, or for PITO, SOCA or other
Police / Intelligence organizations. Good negotiable daily rates are on offer.
