Senior Windows Systems Engineer
Location: San Mateo, CA

platform and universal enforcement solutions enable centrally managed
information network control policy across all applications, data and digital

companies during the last 12 years including Approach Software, Kiva Software,
Netscape, Escalate, and Sygate Technologies.
The Sr. Windows Systems Engineer serves as a key member of the Customer
Solutions team responsible for the implementation and customization of NextLabs
product on customer premises. This individual will be working directly with the
customer and should be comfortable representing the company.
Ideal candidates will have expert level system administration skills. This
position offers excellent technical career opportunity for eager and motivated
candidates. Candidates must also have excellent interpersonal and
communications skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Install and configure NextLabs software at client premises
• Implement security solutions at the customer site using NextLabs
software.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging of operating system, and application
problems
• Performing portions of integration technology architecture and
infrastructure design activities
• Troubleshooting and debugging technology integration problems
• Train customers in the use, administration, and customization of the
software
• Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support during pilot and proof
of concept in pre-sale cycle
• Work closely with the Support organization to assure customer
satisfaction
• Participate in product roadmap and product strategy definition.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Position Requirements:
• 3+ years work experience in IT as Windows System Administrator or
Information Security specialist role, enterprise software product consulting,
or systems integration
• Enterprise System Administration skills in Windows
• Enterprise Implementation knowledge one or more of the following:
Active Directory , SharePoint, LDAP, Database
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong scripting ability to develop and automate integration
• Certifications are a plus e.g. MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, CCNA, and/or CISA
• 50%+ travel required
