Location: washington, District of Columbia, United States

Lunarline is seeking an experienced Program Manager. Salary $80-100K. Long
term, 2 year contract position. Location:Downtown Washington, D.C.
Acts as the central point of contact with the Government for the program.
Responsible for the resolution of all technical issues, program management, and
contract support
Able to manage a large-scale program with multiple technical task orders
requiring knowledge and experience in systems operation and maintenance,
security, deployments, engineering and project management, and facility and
data center operations.
Create and maintain a program work breakdown structure, including milestones,
program events, reviews and evaluation points.
Work with and submit a monthly work breakdown structure to the Government.
Develop a quality assurance plan including feedback mechanisms, root cause
analysis and corrective action plans, and lesson learns.
Develop a risk management plan including identification, tracking, assessment,
and mitigation/contingency plans to minimize program risks.
Coordinate and lead monthly program status meetings to include:
Ensure mutual understanding of objectives and scope of work
Review, accept, and/or close out activities
Validate detailed work plan schedules and address schedule variances
Prepare program reports and presentations for program status meetings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Information
Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
Must have 5 years experience in the administration and management of complex
systems, networks, and storage solutions.
Must be PMI certified – the cert will be validated with the PMI institute.
ITIL foundation certification is desirable.
