Position: Sr. Security Analyst
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States
Type: Contract
Closing Date: 2007-12-15
My client, the leading financial powerhouse is looking for a Security Analyst
with Intrusion Detection experience. Contract is 6+months with likelihood of
extension. Position may sit in Charlotte, Dallas or Chicago.
Arbor and/or Netflow are a HUGE PLUS!!
Candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of experts to assess,
analyze, and respond to security intrusions and incidents affecting the Bank.
Utilizes knowledge of regulatory requirements and security threats to provide
critical security analysis and expertise within the Bank. Acts as a consultant
on resolving security issues within the bank, including assisting in developing
security policies and procedures. Exercises independent judgment assimilating
large quantities of data and distilling them down to their essence for
management. Able to handle assignments with short deadlines. Must be willing to
respond after-hours. This requires specific routing and netflow knowledge.
